From product evaluation to controlled commercial batches, the supply route can be aligned with the required capacity, stopper, marking, documentation and destination.

Four core product groups
Choose the Instrument Around the Measurement Task
Each product family has its own construction and metrological framework. A standard reference does not automatically prove conformity for every variant, ongoing field performance or accredited calibration.

Volumetric Flasks
One-mark flasks for preparing a defined contained volume at the stated reference condition.
Covers broadly: applicable construction and metrological requirements for one-mark flasks. Does not guarantee: accreditation, calibration scope or every configuration.
Class A options available where verified applicable.

Measuring Cylinders
Graduated cylinders for practical liquid measurement across marked scale intervals.
Covers broadly: specified graduated cylinders and relevant dimensional and metrological requirements. Does not guarantee: calibration of every graduation or every cylinder form.
Class A options available where verified applicable.
View Product Family
Burettes
Graduated instruments for controlled liquid delivery and titration workflows.
Covers broadly: applicable construction and metrological requirements for laboratory burettes. Does not guarantee: that every automatic or piston design falls within the same scope.
Class A options available where verified applicable.
View Product Family
Pipettes
Single-volume and graduated pipettes for controlled liquid transfer and delivery.
Covers broadly: single-volume pipettes under ISO 648 and graduated pipettes under ISO 835. Does not guarantee: one procedure or classification for every pipette design.
Class A options available where verified applicable.

Product Standards and Laboratory Accreditation Address Different Questions
The product standard describes the relevant instrument framework. Laboratory accreditation concerns the competence and controlled methods of the laboratory performing calibration or testing.
ISO 1042
One-mark volumetric flasks
Broadly addresses one-mark flask construction and metrological requirements. It is not an accreditation standard or universal certificate.
ISO 4788
Graduated measuring cylinders
Broadly addresses specified cylinder designs and relevant metrological requirements. It does not cover pipettes, burettes or flasks.
ISO 385
Burettes
Broadly addresses laboratory burettes. Product design and the applicable scope must be checked before making a conformity claim.
ISO 648
Single-volume pipettes
Broadly addresses applicable single-volume pipette construction and metrological requirements.
ISO 835
Graduated pipettes
Broadly addresses applicable graduated pipette construction and metrological requirements.
ISO 4787
Capacity testing and use
Provides a central method reference for testing and using relevant volumetric instruments. It is not automatic proof of product conformity.
Class A: product classification
Class A relates to the applicable product tolerance or classification framework where supported. Printing “A” or using borosilicate glass does not by itself prove the claim.
ISO/IEC 17025: laboratory competence
ISO/IEC 17025 concerns the competence of a testing or calibration laboratory. Kitabō does not claim to be an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory. Calibration or testing can be performed by an appropriately accredited laboratory, with supporting accredited documentation available where specified.
Calibration, testing and traceability
A Controlled Route From Product Selection to Dispatch
The exact method and records depend on the instrument, requested service and agreed specification. Where gravimetric capacity testing is applicable, purified or distilled water, controlled conditions, suitable traceable equipment and a verified calculation method support the result.
- Product selection
- Identification and marking
- Visual and functional inspection
- Specified calibration or testing
- Record and document review
- QR-linked verification where selected
- Protected packing and dispatch
A calibration result describes the observed instrument under the stated conditions. It does not guarantee identical performance indefinitely or under every handling and environmental condition.
Order formats
Pack Sizes Matched to Evaluation and Commercial Supply
Pack sizes vary by product family, capacity and protection requirement. Exact packing quantities are confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed across the range.
Individual or Small-Pack Supply
Suitable formats can be discussed for specialist requirements, product review and smaller laboratory needs.
Qualification / Evaluation Pack
Qualification/evaluation pack available subject to product, capacity and availability. Evaluation quantity is confirmed for the selected product and capacity.
Controlled Commercial Batches
Commercial batch quantities and export-ready packing can be planned around product geometry, order quantity and destination.
Packaging and product protection
Protection Designed Around the Instrument
Product-specific packing can combine individual wraps, separators, cushioning, die-cut supports and controlled carton organization. Delicate assemblies such as automatic burettes may require protected tips, stopcock areas and separated components to restrict movement in transit.
- Product-specific inner protection
- Organized carton packing
- Export-oriented handling marks
- Domestic and international transit planning
- Presentation aligned with the supplied product
- Recyclability considered where practical
Glass and paper-based components used in Kitabō product and packaging systems are selected with recyclability in mind. Local recycling facilities and rules determine how components should be handled.

QR and document verification
Connect the Physical Product With the Relevant Record
Where selected and available, QR identification can connect an individual item or batch reference with an approved verification page and relevant certificate or documentation record.
- Marked product
- QR scan
- Verification page
- Approved document
Controlled digital storage and access can support document retrieval, technical review and buyer confidence without displaying buyer identity or pricing publicly.
Material and quality system
Quality Depends on More Than the Glass Material
Borosilicate 3.3 can support suitable material performance, but material alone does not prove volumetric accuracy or Class A classification.
Material and Construction
Glass composition, geometry, graduations, calibration marks, stoppers and fittings are confirmed for the selected item.
Inspection and Evidence
Visual condition, marking, relevant functional checks and documentation are aligned with the agreed product and service.
Use and Ongoing Control
Cleanliness, handling, temperature, liquid properties and user technique can influence results after supply.
Practical automation
Better Information Flow, Not Vague AI Claims
Structured records, verification tools and carefully applied automation can reduce avoidable handoffs while keeping technical review and evidence central.
Document support
Structured checks can help organize product, standard, certificate and revision references for human review.
Shipment information
Product, packing and dispatch information can remain connected so partners and buyers receive clearer records.
Verified innovation
New tools are adopted where they improve traceability or workflow without replacing controlled decisions or supporting evidence.
Free trial / evaluation pack
Evaluate a Relevant Product Before Scaling
Qualified evaluation requests are reviewed case by case. Qualification/evaluation pack availability and quantity are confirmed for the selected product and capacity.
Shipping, import duties, taxes and customs-related charges remain the buyer’s responsibility. Exact configuration, documentation and availability are confirmed during review.
